1. Introduction
By using MagiCover, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the MagiCover application.

3. Software License
MagiCover provides users with access to our software for generating cover letters through a purchasing credits. The credits grants users access to MagiCover's functionalities for the number of uses equal to the number of credits the user has purchased.

4. Payment
Users may access MagiCover through purchasing credits. Payment details are securely handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their payment information.

5. Disclaimer
MagiCover makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the generated cover letters. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that MagiCover will meet all user requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
MagiCover disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall MagiCover be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.

7. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the content of their cover letters generated using MagiCover. MagiCover is not responsible for any misuse or misrepresentation of user-generated content.

8. General Terms and Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. Users agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between them and MagiCover as a result of their use of our services.
